got into work this morning and my manager asked if i heard bout the r34 that crashed at a roundabout up at gosford/avoca?

anyone read anything bout it? havent seen it on the news yet

i think the worse thing is that it was a P Plater so disregarding whether he/she was doing anything stupid, the media is going to have a field day with this

News report on the radio said that it was a "Nissan Turbo"...

A P-plate driver died in a car crash on the NSW Central Coast last night.

Police said the 20-year-old man lost control of his turbo-charged Nissan sedan about 6pm (AEDT) while exiting a roundabout along Avoca Drive at Green Point.

As the Nissan exited the roundabout it and a Holden Astra collided.

Police said the man from Green Point died at the scene and the driver of the Holden was taken to Gosford Hospital with a fractured ankle.

So by the sounds of that the astra hit the nissan, so the astra may be in fault. The astra may have not seen the nissan as the nissan may have been speeding through the rbout. The astra may have come into the roundabout to early.

RIP any ways and sorry to hear another person dead in a road crash

it seems that speeding was once again the culprit here, how else would something like this happen at a roundabout...

is it really that bad to slow down to a stop or crawl at roundabouts so you can see if it safe to go, another 3 seconds it takes, thats all...
