i can forsee a closed thread coming

your on the right track but as said before

your best option would be to sell the na and buy a gtst

as you said you would probably turbo it later anyway there are huge differences between n/a and turbo and youd probably drop a few k just preparining it for the turbo which would include the original things you mentioned in your first thread

my suggestion if you are serious is to PM Sydney_kid as he is a filling cabinet of information.

he would more than likely plot out the lot for you in one post.

it would also save you from the slander of others that dont aproove.

you should let the thread fade and start onother minus the shitfights and post progress and let the information come

:)

Where is the love? DaGr81 man i hope you get what you want from this N/A project of yours! It sounds good, and is a little out of the ordinary which is what i like to see. Dont worry about the tools telling you to go fu(k yourself. Best of luck dude! And keep us informed!

but he has already asked roughly the same questions about 3 times in the last 2 weeks?

Why waste people's time when he can just go back and read eveything in his old threads?

Anyhow, if he really has this 12sec car.. I have a TOTALLY FREE solution for making this the ultimate in sleeper.. stick the GTS badges on the GTS-T .. people will be so surprised when you "blow them off at the lights" .. and no need for any expensive mods!

someones got more money then sense.....

surely there has to be something better to do up internallly then make a skyline a sleeper cause everyone knows its a skyline cause its been on the news.

make something that no one bothers to take a look at cause at the lights their faces will drop. such as a Volvo with a chevy engine.

He (?) copped a spray for his attitude.

He asked a question and I gave what I feel is a valid answer.

You can not build a strong NA motor and turbo it at a later date. NA needs high compression, turb needs low compression.

In return I cop a load of insults and abuse.

Unless he wants to lose the attitude and be civil, I stand by my previous post.

wat attitude? im sick of people telling me to sell my project lol telling me to buy a gtst instead, but i already have a gtst lol

hmmz swap the badges now thats a good idea :D

as for the other threads, they were either about a engine transplant or just getting ideas on wat to do, i know wat i'll do now tho

rb30 bottom end for now and a bit later rb26 head

people end up strengthening internals anyway once theyve put on a bigger turbo, it ends up the same really...

are you taking into account changing the computer? Doing a 5 Stud conversion, better brakes? . damn get a gts-t, already got the turbo ecu, 5 studs. Looks like someone has more money than brains.

i already have a gtst (also have a gts) ....... how many times have i mentioned that... and yes ive already taken all that into account, and i got a gtst ecu, and some brembos i bought off a mate, was gonna install that into my gtst but didnt need it

It's cheaper to do this than you think.

A largish shot of nitrous will make it go very well. If you set the kit up correctly (and it's fairly cheap to do) you can make as much power as the turbo'd car you have. The setup I am guessing will be less than $3k all up using your exisisting engine.

You would be borderline needing a direct port nitrous kit, go there once you are looking at 200hp+ shot.

If you do it right there is no real drawback appart from the consumption of nitrous. At 230rwkw you are within the limits of the internals too from most reports.

If all you want is a 1/4mile killer then this is the easy way to do things.

Go for it!

yeah , but for a a few months id have to go rb25de head rb30 bottom end, i got no idea wat kinda result that will be, but once the rb26 head arrives :D torque heaven!! ive already ordered the rb30 cost me like 600 bux its apparently done only 90,000kmz which is freeeking hard to believe but yeah 600 bux is quite cheap i must say
