Aerocatch Bonnet Restraints

Saw these at the recent Motorsport Show. Im grabbing some for my new bonnet that arrives in a few weeks.

They are plain old bonnet restraints...ever seen boonet pins/latches. Well they serve the same purpose but are massively over engineered and look trick. And they dont stand proud of the boonet 1 inch like the typical bonnet pin:thumbsup:

Mind you they are $30-40 mor expensive then the typical bonnet pins, but they are so cool:)

BTW I got mine on the day. Still not allowed to fit them..the wife think they are ugly. A little work to do there yet, and maybe paint them in a matching colour.

is it true that with a CF bonnet you need bonnet pins?

im gettin worried with some guys i know having them open while driving

my c/f bonnet loves to jump up and down... esp when u drive past a truck at 100km/hr.... scares ppl

yes bonnet pins give u piece of mind for sure... but are needed when going to the track
