English pivot product install instruction site?

Hello all,

A while back I found a post which someone was kind enough to provide a url that has a list of english instruction manual for various pivot products. Unfortunately I (for some strange reason) cannot find that port nor the url now, could someone kindly reply with the url or the post which contains the url?

I'm after the english instruction manual for the pivot lazy eye controller.

All products are listed on there, just click on installation in the top right-hand corner.
