$800 is very very fair for a quasi fiberglass/faux carbon bonnet.

Don't pull prices out of your rear end without some kind of justification.

Other tuners can also do a good job for example at UAS.

About what CRD charge... sometimes I hear it's $600, $700 and up.

Ask what others charge for a dyno tune. Just because CRD are alleged to be the best, doesn't mean others aren't as professional.

You gotta ask yourself what you want to achieve. It's not about achieving the highest rwkW.

Some people believe that perhaps a dyno tune then a follow up road tune is what's needed.

You can spend a good half of a day doing this. Also you might want someone who has access to the laptop s/w instead of just the hand controller.
