Exactly. I only receive paper at my door that product has arrived at the post office and I have to take that paper and pay for it, and than they hand the product to me. The only risk for sender is if he sends it and pay for postage and person doesn't collect it. Than product will be sent back to him and he looses his postage money, but that's why I said I'll pay him postage price up-front before he sends me the turbo, so he doesn't have anything to lose. The reason I would like this type of payment is because I lost money on an e-bay because I paid all money to the person and he never sent me the product. I would recomend this type of payment for everyone as it's the safest and fair for both parties. It may cost few dollars extra, but it's worthet. If seller doesn't agree on it, it means he was about to screw you.
