also what the best price you can do on a 450hp gt30 with a .63 exhaust housin (t3 flange) 4 bolt exhaust port... and a .70 ar compressor housing, externally gated of course.

cheers.

I ma also interested in this setup - but someing in more of a 500 - 550hp range, and internally gated.

Price for GT30R is on the first page of this thread

This has a T3 flange, external gate and 0.7 a/r comp housing plus is rated at 400-500 hp.

Closer to 400hp in the 0.63 but around 500hp for the 0.82 a/r

This unit is twin ball bearing. SKYER said GT30 which is journal bearing...there is a difference. R means ball bearing

I ma also interested in this setup - but someing in more of a 500 - 550hp range, and internally gated.

IS your mate able to put oils seals in a pair of toyota ct12a's i pulled off my car?

Any idea on cost to do so?

I am 90% sure the oil seals are gone but is it possible to work out if they are without pulling the turbos apart?

Only thinking about doing this as opposed to buying another pair as these are apparently high flowed and steel wheeled.

Thanks buddy

Jamie

I am also doing Highflows for all RB20DET and RB25DET Turbos.

These turbos are rated between 350-400hp. And include replacement shaft, comp wheel, turbine wheel, bearings, seals, machining and all labour.

Total cost of $1900 including remove and refit if you live in or around the Brisbane area.

This includes after tune with the consult to set boost level or fuel pressure if required. All work is guaranteed.

Looking for info and cost of a T3/T4 hybrid to suit Skyline R33. Don't know much, but I know what I want.

Best to speak to Slide. He can do them a lot cheaper than me for that particular combo. Getting some good results too from what I hear.

    • It's something we all have to consider as time marches on. Also consider lifted rally MX5 conversion at that point.
    • I should be fine for a few more years, whilst I do have arthritis I also exercise and do mobility training every day to keep as fit and healthy as I can, military life, which is the actual cause of most of my joint issues, has set daily regimes, which I weirdly enjoy I also train alot smarter now, not really focusing on lots strength or puffy muscles, I'm more focused on maintaining what I have for my future older self, I actually train as much mobility now as I do exercising Check out this "simple" drill I have been doing daily prior to training now for a while now, this has worked wonders in my all round mobility
    • I'd say one thing that may make you sell is the same reason the guy with the hard top roof sold his. He got old, and his back was giving him too much grief stopping him getting in and out... Old guy said he was 73! He looked and sounded younger than 73 to me! Or maybe I'm just aligning with old people more...
    • Already looked at a few prior to getting the MX5, really nice car, had all the mod cons, but I wasn't really sold on the new "look" I did miss my 2017 Limited, and I personally prefer the "look" of the older car over the new model, but, when pondering I kept going back looking at MX5's But it was same same for the new ND's, I wasn't sold on the new "look", especially the RF with its weird roof, which only half goes down, like a targa top sort of thing As I stated before, I did look at NC's, but the cars I looked at were PRHT's, but I didn't like their roof line "look" of the PRHT, until I saw the soft top version, (someone on SAU posted a for sale ad for one with a soft top that caught my attention, you can blame them for my choice.....🤣) and.... that old style detachable hard tops were available for them, which keeps the old MX5 more smoother flowing roof line, and the more rounded body style, similar to the NA-NB, to me, the arse end of the ND looks to "modern" Much like how I prefer the NC1 front bar, over the later models How long will I keep this car for is unknown, but currently, there's nothing else out there that "floats my boat" for a small, fun, little "sports car", that I can play with and enjoy looking at and driving But, who knows what the future holds, and going off current new car styling, if I replace it, it will be a older model something something
