the easiest way to find out is put ure foot down.....................

but i dont suggest it on open road......

but yes they are ...........its easy to fix with a speed cut defender or similar

the simplist way of putting it is that the engine stops eating fuel when it hits 180.........

yea i did that on a road nearby and i got to 180 and was trying 2 push past it but i did somethin at 180 and i was like ah running out of road so i thought it coulda dropeded back a gear but ide say that was the speed limiting.

Most Jap cars are speed limited to 180 are they not?

you will know when you hit the 180km/hr limiter, bloody scary when under hard acceleration and all of a sudden......no fuel - btw couldn't that cause detonation?

rb20det.com dude reckons you just cut the wire #53 on the ecu, which on his diagrams is the vehicle speed sensor, is this the same one as the speedo runs on.......hope not!

some funky business with HICAS but i ain't got that sh#t.

has anyone done this or shed any light on this, b4 i go chopping the ecu!
