Just had a thought.

What if for drifting you ran a water to oil cooler, obviously running a thermostat to keep oil at desired temps.

thought this could be useful for drifting since you dont always get direct air into the cooler. that have used the on the CA18's before.

setup similar to a water to air cooler.

anyone see any flaws, improvements that can be made?

Only flaw would be the the actual water would heat up quickly too, so you'd need an exchanger for the water which is like a radiator, but like you said, in drifting you don't always have constant air flow. So that means you dont have airflow to the radiator, the intercooler, the oil cooler, and the heat exchanger which is need to cool down oil temps. You could try something with an ice box in the boot maybe?
