Hey

I have an R32 GTS4 and I'm putting an RB26 into it.

I have done a couple of searches both here and skylines downunder but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for.

I want to keep the GTS4 ratios, so should I :

a) take the GTR sump and diff off and replace with the GTS4 items ?

B) swap the centres over and leave the original GTR diff housing etc on the RB26 engine?

Thanks in advance :)

Front or rear? front I'm not sure, I think they are both open diffs.

Rear definately, the GTR diff is limited slip and the gts4 diff is open. I've just gone through this swap (and had it tightened right up) for the race car.

What are you doing with the RB20?

I have just had my R32GTS4 off the road for 12 mths doing all the head/Turbo/ect and now find a horrible knocking noise appearing at 3000RPM and above -stationary or at speed

Looks like I might need a new bottom end assy.
