Hi people,

I bought a Greddy Electric Boost Gauge off a person here and im having problems wiring the bugger up.

Now when i got it in the mail it had 4 wires: RED, WHITE, BROWN *i think brown anyways* AND BLACK. The 3 wires (apart from the black ground) were inter-twined together.

When i wired it up using ALL 3 wires into the one power source it turned on no worries. HOWEVER, the Needle sits as far CLOCKWISE as possible resting on the lil stump thingo when it gets power and when it is OFF it sits just away from the stump.

I connected all the vaccume lines etc and the Gauge is NOT working. Does anybody have any experience with these types of gauges ??

Im really keen to get it sorted asap as i hacked up my DIN pocket under my headset for it and i wanna get some tips before i pull all that rubbish off again.

Any ideas on what to check or do?

Or did i get JIPPED by a SAU person?

Haro

Have you got the manual/instructions that came with the gauge? if not go to the manufactures website or ask some of the lads on here, they might have the instructions. That should have a wiring diagram, i dont think all three wires should be twisted together for some reason..............
