Tools aren't the real problem,,a basic socket set and some spanners will get you by. You would need to buy a Clutch Aligning tool though. The biggest problem is getting the flywheel off and back on for Machining. It's not really that hard,,,but a prick of a job using stands.

Give someone a few hundred dollars,sit back,relax and let them nurse there skinned knuckles.
