Do what I did. I went factory Nissan black with a blue pearl thru the clear coat. I have never seen another car with exactly the same colour

Some monkey dinted the front bar after it was resprayed but was no problem for the panel beaters to match the colour exactly.

So go factory burgandy with a pearl thru the clear coat :P

That's what i am trying to find, but in a factory colour. What you saw probably wasn't factory.

I think i am just going to give up and just flippin use the R33 burgundy, i am sick of finding a colour then having the sample come out totally different.

Al, skylinegeoff was telling me that half his car is painted in a Holden or Ford colour (forget what it was) but I couldn't tell the difference between the two (the local colour and the Nissan colour).

Probably the Ford "sparkling burgundy" from the AU series falcon. Thanks Shane.

Thanks Pete, will keep an eye out.

holy crap! thats interesting. U shouldn't have told us that now we're going to look *very* closely at Geoff's car next time

Al, Buddy, You know you want to paint it candy apple red. Don't be a pu55y just do it and get a name brand paint ( like PPG or house of color if you have robbed that bank) so repairs won't be a hassle.

If you go through life thinking of what could happen you may miss out on life.

just do it

I know this ia a bit off topic, but saw a monaro a couple of days ago with a purple/grey paint. Looked fantastic, anyone else seen this? I think that colour would look ace on a skyline.

    • It's been a little over a decade since I bought the S15. As I did on my socials, I'll share some of my favorite pictures from over the years further below. If you haven't realised, pretty much all the pictures in my posts are ones I've taken.  In terms of updates, I don't have pictures, but I acquired a near-perfect pair of fog lights from a friend of mine, so those got swapped in for the pair I already had. As for the JZX110, I just got it back from being fixed. A few weeks back, I was on the highway when I suddenly drove over something with very little time to react. It was probably the size of a soccer ball, but it went under the car and banged into the underside pretty loudly. I pulled over and realized the fluid leaking was fuel, and of course, it was right near my exhaust. This required replacing the fuel tank. If you happen to be in the same predicament, thankfully this car shares a fuel tank with the JZS171, IS200, and IS300, so it wasn't too painful to replace. Enjoy some pictures as mentioned above, including the carnage from the fuel tank and a bonus picture I came across which shows how ridiculously shiny the Bugels are on the 110. So many more pictures I could share of the S15 but this will do for today, enjoy.
