GREDDY VS HKS VS BLITZ Intercoolers

hey guys, im in the market for an intercooler, and looking at buying an intecooler kit off the nengun website. Just wondering what the major differences are between these in quality and flow?

i dont mind spending a little bit more for a better cooler

I have the trust r-spl and it works a treat, keeps the stock pipes in the engine bay so hooking up is easy as.

OK so the trust kit uses the existing pipes on the inlet side...does the Blitz LM require a hole to be cut????

i made my intercooler from a truck intercooler, yes i know "how dodgy". ive had all my import mates telling me that they dont flow proply but i ran on the flow bench against a trust intercooler off my g/f brothers rx7 and it blem that out of the water. its 800x350x75 and it works awsome. pain in the ass to mont behind a standard front bar though, had to cut the thing to bits

Nah they don't..i have the Blitz LM kit on my Series 1 R33 - pipe runs underneath intercooler to all bolt on to existing pipes on the intake side.

HKS ones use the factory piping too. Received mine the other day (R34). Very nice piece of gear!!

Coupe-This - I am also looking to get one of these kits from nengun, althought I'm looking at either the Greddy V-SPL or Blitz LM.

Depending on the power your looking to pull from your car, the Greddy V-SPL is recommended to comfortably handle 250rwkw any more than that you'd be looking at the high flowing R-SPL. I have heard lots of good news from the Blitz LM kits but my personal opinion I don't really like the use of original piping. Where I think the Greddy uses cross-over piping which you will have to make a hole near the whiper/radiator over flow bottle.

Only reason for me saying this is that the Blitz piping bends 180degrees on the outlet side, and the idea is for a cold air and flowing intercooler system, like an exhaust you want it to flow the hot air out.. you don't see a 180degree bend in any exhaust.
