I found this hiding on a jap website.... Im interested in buying an uncomplied r32 or r33 GTR to bring to australia for track days ONLY so i can come out to play and show you boys hows its done... I can bring it in because I have a C5 road circuit racing license and I can therefore use it for track racing only...

it equates to $13,773 AUD plus shipping costs (which will probably be paid for thanks to my olds mans work....shhhh). My current way of thinking is i could buy it for around 13k... bring it over for X amount of dollars... Spend around 5-7k on a front cut with pannels... put on the new pannels, suspension gear on and sell the remains of the half cut ie. engine for around 3-4k so my parts therefore would cost about 2-3k... I would put all the parts on myself and get a full wheel allignment done and head to the track.... all going well should get away with it for 17-19k.....

Who thinks this is fessible?? Who thinks I should do it??
