cracked rim, please help

ok, drove the car out of the garage on monday, driving 100metres up the road, and i hear this sort of whooosh whoosh sound, coming from the car (hoping its a flat tyre), get out, tyre's flat,

so take it to good year today, and they show me there's a nasty crack on the inside edge of the rim

rang the wheel repair place, and he says he won't fix it because its been fixed before

so because it's a 3 piece wheel, i was wondering if you can order the part from volk anymore? because i'm not sure if they make them anymore

any help appreciated as i have the cheese cutter on the front, annd its not feeling to safe with that baby on the front
