Theres heaps of places out west .. I live in richmond and i know of some good roads.

For example we could all go up putty road and bak, maybe throu Wisemans ferry and bak along towards sprindwood road up the mountain past the lookouts and stuff, along the freeway bak down to penrith then along M4 to somewhere like homebush or something

I say go west!

No date has been decided yet, we'll work on that soon... working on a location at the moment.

So... In the lead we have:

best place i would say will have to be

Palm beach through akuna bay.

what do yaz reckon???

I've heard the roads round akuna bay are pretty crap?... Also we could do a run down the freeway and off to peats ridge?

Actually the road through Akuna bay via the marina called (Liberator General San Martin Rd) is not the best. I drive that section nearly once a week for fun with friends. However the road to West Head is an awesome drive. Unfortunately that section is now closed off at sunset.

If you really wanted to go through Akuna Bay you would need someone who knows that road and knows when to slow down when there are potholes. MOST of it is fine except the section just before the marina if you are heading east. It is a good twisty road though.

Your best bet is just to skip the Akuna Bay section and just go vai McCarrs Creek rd and then through Bayview to Newport then palm beach.

The BEST section of that whole area is coming back from Bayview through Mc Carrs Creek rd. Once you pass the intersection of McCarrs Creek rd and West Head Rd, the road is all 2nd, 3rd gear uphill tight bends.

Hope that helps guys.

Sounds like you know your stuff there man and that sounds pretty good...

can i get some more suggestions off people?

ok well it looks like they have put me on gaves next week so i'll be out for the count for next weekend. that said i also get paid next fri so 2 weeks on friday would suit me perfectly.

Liz, as for my blue passenger light.... it stops junkies shooting up in the foot well.

or we could meet at balmoral *spelling* have fish and chips for dinner then heaps up warringah road to go to palm beach, stuff round there for a while, and head somewhere else?

MYSTR33 ive never been on a cruise with this bunch so we can be loaners together... sounds ok ?

i dont mind where it is really .. im just letting some of u guys know of a path to take :)

The route i suggested is only a ruff idea and can actually venture further towards city, or beaches.

I have no idea where this other place is ill have to WHEREIS it ;)

Ill be there when ever u guys sort it out , i wont bite . RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! :)

    • I would not be surprised if you are the only person on earth that has the interest/desire to do that lol.  The Haltech base map is a really good starting point, the car will fire easily and drive very well, even on mild boost levels. To me, following your advice sounds like some sort of ancient Chinese water torcher lol (this is not an insult Josh, never change <3)
    • Those car show concepts from the 2000's and 2010's like the Floria and IDx were brilliant and should've gone ahead, at least one of them. But neither Honda nor Nissan are thinking about affordable performance any more, which is truly sad.  Even if Toyota's liquid hydrogen ICE development reaches the point where it's commercially viable and the infrastructure to support it, Honda/Nissan would have to wait until Toyota allow fee access to their patents to offer it with any smaller performance models they released to take advantage of it.
    • A sporty manual RWD coupe with a IL4 Honda engine would only be a good thing I assume we won't see anything released for a few years though, unless informal talks and designs have been going on for a few years,  and due to the current, and future, emmisions and safety requirements, I assume anything "sporty" they would do would be at least some hybrid thingie And hopefully anything they are thinking of has nice lines, without lots of plastic and fake bits hanging off it like that horrendous FK8 that looked like it was designed by a 13 year old The other issue of course in the current market is cost, currently the type R is around $70k, a twin is around $50k Meh, I'm old and grumpy and would rather buy a older model car and waste my coin on that than buying anything currently available new
