I was looking for a pair for my gtr as well , the best i could do was $1000 a pair new from Nissan , someone had a used pair and wanted $1000 for them .

In the end i converted mine but took the balasts and the globes out and kept them .

I made my own brackets to fit the hal globes , it took me a few hours to do that .

I get my plate tomorrow and i'm gpoing to put the zenons back in , if you were in Sydney i would lent them to you .

Sounds like a neat idea but i doubt my compliance guy on the gold coast would go for it looks like i might have to go for a new pair from nissan cause its better than getting my xenons hacked at.

cheers ed

Mate thats what they do but they cut the globes and use the fitting as a holder for the halogen globes then they cut the ballast and keep it .

Like i said if you were in Sydney i would save you the $ 1000 for the new hal lights .

Thats preffered trade price including gst , if you just walked up to a Nissan dealer would be around $590 each + gst .

Hmm do you currently have the Xenons on the car ???

I have the standard Halogens on my car, I will be willing to do a swap and pay a cash adjustment :)

haha yeah man i have xenons on and i want to put halos on for compliance and rego and then put my xenons back in :D
