33/34 injector sizes

i've sourced a free set of r34 injectors for an RB25DET, just curious if they will fit into my r33 s1.5 RB25DET ???

also do they flow any diff, my current ones are currently very close to maxxing out and if this will give me a little headroom then it'll be worth it cause they r free

No they won't fit...R34 are top-feed items, R33 are side feed.

Not only that but they flow less than R33 injectors.

Are you still using the NA injectors Dan?

No I've got GT-t injectors...just I may be needing another set for a second engine that is secretly being built Whoops said too much already LOL

that'd be great, r they really top feed ??? why would nissan change them ?

They're top feed and thinner too. All the GTT powerFC readings (with standard injectors) I've seen (about 5-10) show 95-100% duty at around 320/330 fly hp (200rwkw roughly) which means about a 330-350cc injector.

I've only seen 1 set flow tested and they made 380cc with an uprated FPR.

I only have experience in 2 X R34GTT's, both ran out of injector flow at 205 to 210 rwkw, that's 350/360 bhp. Which calculates out to 370 cc's which is the same as the R33GTST. We have had untolled R33GTST's on the dyno and they don't get any more rwkw before they also run out of injector duration. Each car is different of course:cheers:

Perhaps there are enough other differences in the engines and even the drive train to throw the formula out??

I have found some of my own notes that say they are 330cc and someone else told me they were 330 or 340. I am still looking for actual proof though.
