possums, damp roads, corners and un suspecting guard rails.

possum is dead. haha

anyone got a bar, bar reo, and headlight for sale??

i'll give you 600 bucks..

The head light you need are going cheap on ebay i think starting at $45 and no one is buying them so a good chance you could pick one up for cheap. A lady ran a read light and hit my front bar, bent the reo and stuffed up the front bar quoted $150 to fix it and $300 to paint + a bit more damage (Women Drivers :P ). Since she's paying for the repairs i didnt really shop around for prices but im sure you could find a cheaper price some where. You could be able to get your front bar plastic welded but im not to sure if you have to much damage to get it plastic welded, friend got his front bar on his WRX done for $200 (spray and plastic weld no reo fix)

Hope that helps, atleast you cleaned up the possum

do u have that link to the ebay page where the lights are at?

my reo is bent back pretty far but apparently it can be fixed, or we're going to give it a ago.

just the finding the front bar is the problem. no body seems to have any at all.

Rooshoo/Animal repellers. Stick em to your car where there is high air flow. Emits a high frequence sound after 30km/h as the air flows through it and animals ping off ( but dont count on it with wombats though ). $6.95 at Super cheap and you can buy electric powered ones that work all the time while the car is running. One of the best and cheapest insurances against Roos and other animals you can buy.

I'm not to sure but i think the gtst light would fit if your car is a gtr as i think only the indicators were different on the gtr. Anyways the guy that is selling the lights on ebay only has the right one for sale as the rest have all been bought but he always gets more stock in just keep an eye on his store. There is also some one in the for sale section selling the left hand light ( http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=68191 )

    • Very interesting, im not sure how all those complications fit in to running a haltech instead of a stock ecu but I'm starting to think I'm a bit out of my league.
    • I just put 2 and 2 together. This is a Neo converted R32. The Neo ECU (in concert with the R34's AC controller) runs the AC quite differently to how the R32 ECU and AC controller do it. If you just drop it all in, it won't work. There is some tricky wiring required, including changing to the pressure switch that the Neo controllers want to see. I don't know what it is, because mine was done by a guru. It was a year or so after I did that transplant before he worked out what needed to be done.
    • Don't assume the AC relay signal from the ECU is +, some models including Stagea use an earth trigger.
    • Hey good to see you on the forums! Haha Considering this cars past with electronic issues I am leaning towards it being a wiring fault somewhere in the engine bay. When testing the ac relay in the fuse box there was no earth trigger. I am probably going to try "bench test" the compressor by giving it direct ground and power to see if i can hear the ac clutch click otherwise I will be pretty sure I have a dead compressor. If it does work then I will be tracing some wiring it seems.
    • Haha, the big brain move is to buy a second set of headlights to clean up or retrofit. I definitely don't have one sitting in a cupboard that hasn't been touched since it arrived. Just have to ignore the intrusive thoughts that suggest the second set is not quite as good as it could be and to buy a third set that the job would definitely get done with
