Hmmm, my first experience with Shaun - loved him, good rates, better service. My current experience - not so great, he's had my car for 3 weeks attempting to diagnose a stalling problem with it and its still not resolved. Hopefully that will change tommorow though, we'll see. Honestly though, I think I'll go back, overall still a thumbs up.
