Hicas bush roooted

Hey ppl, been getting a weird wobbling sensation when i brake, jacked up the car and found the rear bush where the hicas attaches to the hub, is fair rooted, can i get new ones? any recommendations on where i could get the parts? i'm thinking of ditching the hicas but i need these replaced either way, has anybody rose jointed them?

OR you should be able to get some from whiteline as they will be the same as S13 parts.
