This is truly a unique item, and very rare made from the specialist and very sought after Tomei corporation. Purchased new from Tomei, still in original box and packaging. Never been installed.

Details of the item are:

Made specifically for R32 Gts-T RB20DET. Direct replacement with minimal instalation.

width: 21cm

height: 32.5cm

thickness: 6.5

inlet/outlet diameter: 60mm

Tomei did a great job with this intercooler maximixing the limited space where the intercooler sits. Great if you get hassled by cops heaps.

Sell for $850

Thanks

Yes that is what I am saying 'silver gts-t'.. Is that a problem that I can afford nice things?

It was for my side project of top end drift 32, but I am now in the process of building another project car with top end parts for show and race. Only serious buyers please, no time wasters who post in threads like this one to waste time and question the sellers ability to purchase top end japanese performance parts from one of the best part manufacturers in the busines.

This is not a general discussion thread 'silver gts-t', and if you cant afford or not interested to buy, dont post.

Thanks!

Why would I be stupid in buying it?

Because it is a top of the line product from a first class tuning company?

You say.. "are you saying u purchaced a sidemount intercooler for the price of another rb20det??"

Well whats the difference if I bought this or a diff, or a sound system, or golf clubs instead of another rb20det.. Its my money, my choice and I will do wateva I want with it.

Anyways, my loss is another SAU members gain.

I think the idea of a good side mount is great as the cops and the rta are really cracking down with the mods that you can't and can not have on the car.

it would be good for a daily driver with 200kw or soo at the back wheels i rekon.

good luck with the sale.

its 65mm thick man, the stocker is 65mm too.....the stock r34 gtt cooler is thicker than that........i'd be interested if you can find me any information about it.

just because its the same thinkness dosen't mean it flows the same or has the same cooling effect.

Also who here has seen a bad product out of Tomei? i know i've got Tomei products in my car, and they have never failed me.

also do you thinka company would make a product wich has the same cooling properties as stock and then have the balls to sell it at 1700. if they didn't get good results all they would get out of it, would be bad press.

me affording it is no problem, being stupid enough to buy it is another.

sorry for discussing this

didnt you make an offer on the gtst4 stuff i have for sale?

anyway you have PM.

sorry for the hijack. all the best with the sale. its a good i/c for the streets of sydney anyway.

Guys, no silly offers and no I will not be dropping the price as I already have. It is 100% brand new, never used. Yes you could buy a $220 cheap chinese made fmic, and spend another $400-$500 on piping and have cop trouble, or you could by a high performance smic from Tomei.

Thanks

  • 2 months later...

Just to give people some info, i have a hks sidemount on my chaser.

It is flowing enough air atm for 230rwkw @ ~12psi.

They also don't stop the airflow to the radiator as a lot of people overlook that by adding a fmic and dropping intake air temps they are raising water temps by creating less efficient cooling of radiator.

Plus they are stealth.
