Not quite Dave… His in favor of me going to tracks more often. I think having to sue Queensland Transport to get my license back pushed his keen-ness to keeping it too the tracks more often eh.

I reckon you could hey.

And well, its a porsche, its ment to be on the track. I'll go just to watch it.

Don't mean to NAG, but we need another 30 people to sign up as drivers or this day will not go ahead !!!

by which date you need to know by? looks like u'll need to get at least other clubs/regular track goers to go in this.

rental car is tempting option for me at the moment :)

The absolute deadline is for everyone to have paid me for the day 15 days out from the date. 7th May.

The problem is that I have not confirmed the booking yet as that means a deposit. And I won't do that until the day looks like going ahead and I have most the payments.

The down side is until I confirm the booking anyone else who wants to run a track day can rip the date out from under us with one phone call to me to confirm on the spot.

My other Track Day is on the Monday 9th May. Maybe we should merge with that date. Else I can open the Sunday date to my other regulars.

SmoothLine has put the effort into this day, I'm just helping out. So I'll wait and see what he thinks our next move should be.

I don't think its going to happen.

A sunday trackday in future I am sure could be organised, and would get quite a few more that can't otherwise make it to the mid-week days. A couple of my mates I mentioned this two were a lot more interested when I said it was a weekend, however for a couple of other reasons weren't willing to do it this time.

I reckon combining the day on Sunday would be a treat, as I am always struggling with work commitments during the week. Paul organises a great day!!

Problem is you have to book almost a year in advance to get a weekend day. This one only came up because of a cancellation. I asked them about how often a cancellation occurs and they said very rarely.

Even the week day bookings are hard to get. That's why I have book the years worth of dates already.

I will look more into the Warwick race track and also it will be great once the north coast track opens (bull dozers have not rolled yet, so don't get too keen)

      I just put 2 and 2 together. This is a Neo converted R32. The Neo ECU (in concert with the R34's AC controller) runs the AC quite differently to how the R32 ECU and AC controller do it. If you just drop it all in, it won't work. There is some tricky wiring required, including changing to the pressure switch that the Neo controllers want to see. I don't know what it is, because mine was done by a guru. It was a year or so after I did that transplant before he worked out what needed to be done.

      Don't assume the AC relay signal from the ECU is +, some models including Stagea use an earth trigger.

      Hey good to see you on the forums! Haha Considering this cars past with electronic issues I am leaning towards it being a wiring fault somewhere in the engine bay. When testing the ac relay in the fuse box there was no earth trigger. I am probably going to try "bench test" the compressor by giving it direct ground and power to see if i can hear the ac clutch click otherwise I will be pretty sure I have a dead compressor. If it does work then I will be tracing some wiring it seems.

      Haha, the big brain move is to buy a second set of headlights to clean up or retrofit. I definitely don't have one sitting in a cupboard that hasn't been touched since it arrived. Just have to ignore the intrusive thoughts that suggest the second set is not quite as good as it could be and to buy a third set that the job would definitely get done with

      Nah I'm talking about the GTS-t with 15" wheels and single piston brakes.  I've seen them pop up occasionally over the years. You can see it in the brochures. Most were early models (aka Series 1).
