i ordered some greddy cam gears from these guys on the 14th and its now the 30th and still no gears or any confirmation of the gears being sent.

the website still says processing, but how long does it take?

i was under the impression that they would let me know if it was gonna be awhile, and 15 days is quite some time.

this is my first time ordering from them but so far im not impressed......

any thoughts?

carl

I've recently ordered for the first time from nengun as well. My order has taken longer than expected by about three weeks. Initially I was made aware by nengun to expect a two week delay, however another three weeks later on top of that and had no word. My order was paid and placed by about the 25th last month and only yesterday changed from 'Processing' to ‘Complete’: meaning I'm waiting for my EMS tracking # once it leaves the shores of Japan.

I hounded Nengun with inquires for a while with no response back. I can only suggest you try the same? As I understand it, most of their correspondence is automated.

For all intensive purposes I haven't been worried about not receiving the order and can't complain about the deal I'm getting. just a bit miffed with the customer service side of things.

Ordered parts from Japan a few time from different companies and had to wait longer than expected for all (inc. car).

Waiting definitely sucks, best of luck with it.

haha need a nengun / greenline FAQ thread :D

anyway carl h, just depends how long it takes to come into stock

one order i placed took about a month to arrive

then another order took one and a half weeks only

if they confirmed that your payment has been recieved then its just a matter of waiting a few weeks... it will come

I ordered a PowerFC from them on the 17th, it took about a week for them to process and recieve my payment. I was worried so I sent them an e-mail and got a non-automated responce the same day.

On their site it does say that some delays can be expected due to availability, I'm not really complaining with the price I got it for.

i bought avc-r off nengun before chrissy. Took about 10 days to arrive after payment. I don't think you should worry man, a LOT of people have done business with nengun and they all got their stuff.

If it takes a little longer, at least the price is a lot cheaper than aus. Still, if you worried, try and email him to make sure nothing is wrong.

good luck

An order is like anything else, in stock... fast delivery.

not in stock... it takes longer.

if you have issues ... dont post here, e-mail brett himself.

as if anyone here will know where your specific goods are!

You've got the tracking numbers and everything anyhow

    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.

    • Hi all! Looking to relocate the battery to the trunk of an R34 GTT. I want to do it using as many stock GTR components as I can (including the harness protectors from the 34 GTR that run underneath along the chassis to the engine bay). So far I’ve purchased the battery tray from a 33 GTR, as the captive weld nuts are already there just asking to be used. There is also the slight issue of now having to relocate the ABS/TC/Fuel Pump Control ECU, which in GTT’s sits right above where the battery will then sit on the tray. Has anyone already achieved this, and if you have any pics that you wouldn’t mind sharing? It would be great to see how others have done it and where you put them, as there are countless holes in the parcel shelf panel to potentially use. Just trying to get some ideas bounced around, and to help uncover any potential problems I may encounter by  my choice of location. TIA for any help!
