High Frequency Vibration at 120k

Hi all , when freeway driving my 1997 R33 GTR there is a high frequency vibration that vibrates the rear view mirror (bloody annoying) I know it's not wheel balance because at no time is there any steering wheel vibration or vibration through the seat (indicating rear wheels out of balance) I suspect the tailshaft .

Anyone had similar problem ?

did the car have a heavy front or rear end smash. if it has then your car'sno good. chasis's bye bye

Does not look like it's had a big hit , it has had some paint work done on the front but not that much. What makes you think if the chassis has had a big hit it's no good ?

Not sure what he's talking about, but may be worth looking at your tailshaft as you said... check the unijoint in it, where it connects to the body, make sure the rubber around that isnt worn and stuffed... make sure there isn't too much movement in it if there is you may need new rubbers around there, make sure the bolts are tight and its on them right etc...
