Hi guys,

I'm currently swapping an r32 gts-t RB20DET (68000kms) into my '71 datsun 240z.

Mods: 600x400 i/c

3 inch zorst with dump pipe, hi-flowcat,

wolf 3d ver. 4

The car weighs 1100kgs

What turbo do you guys think would be ideal for my setup, it's going to be a daily driver but i want to get some power down to the ground.

I also dont want to spend lots of $$$ on it, as i've spent enough through this project as it is :D

Thanks for any reply guys.

Sean

A highflow 25 should be enough for a descent kick in the pants.

What do you have to modify to get the rb into the Z?

friend of mine has a 260Z that we were talking about droping an RB into. Probaly a RB25/30 though.

for the zed, use the rb mounts, shorten them so the engine doesnt hit the bonnet. The sump has to be modified, (im just going with a fabricated one) as it hits the crossmember.

other than that its a nice cosy fit :)

Ok, So going with an RB25 turbo? what about the vg30?

Thanks guys
