Hey can i get some place of good places to get my engine rebuilt.... got a comp. test today.. and it aint looking good...

So gotta start looking at the rebuild...

Currently i am getting few things together with MRC in castle hill....

But would like to check up with some other places too.....

Let me stress that "cheap" + "engine build" is a recipe for disaster.

Telling us what engine you need built would also be helpful

Only wishing to push the car to 240rwkw....

So stock internals should be up to the job?

however for $500 more i can get forgies.... but im not sure.... just need help :headspin:

lol then again i got mine cheap pretty much mates rates i payed 11.7 for my rebuild

forged internals and N1 pumps (oil&water) sump baffles resstrictor kits ,N1 gasket kits,

bored it out to 2.8L

and a whole lot more stuff

The one in newcastle might be RX Engineering.

They specialise in Rotaries but still do all turbos. They have their own dyno to.

Its about 1 min drive from where i live and i sometimes see a few skylines there.

I had a previous (Mitsubishi) engine built by that place, Morgs. Engine was fine except for the piston clearance - had significant piston slap. I went there because they were supposed to be the sh1t. This was quite a few years ago though.

I agree, "cheap" and "rebuild" don't mix.
