Hi,

I was coming back from work and while sitting at the traffic light, i saw alot of white smoke from the back of my exhaust. Like those things you see when a Formula1 car's engine blows. So I stopped it right away and then started it again after a while. There was less smoke and the car seems to run fine. After that I got out, reved it, no smoke whatsoever.

Drove around abit. all fine. Then the smoke started again. Not as much but quite a bit. More than those cars with worn rings. Then it'd go away completely again. Then it'd come back.

Checked the oil. No grey smudge to indicate a blown gasket. Checked the water in the radiator. No oil there.

What's confusing me is that it was fine all along and then it'd go away...... then bam! But it doesn't seem to affect the car's drivability. Any ideas?

Thanks
