help dumb Q about power steering

ok here's the thing.

Both of my rubber boots that go on the tie-rod end are buggered and i'm pissing out power steering fluid!!

Now does this mean i can just replace the boots? or is this part of a more serious problem?

and the bushes on both ends have carked it so where can i get these to replace them?

please help
