dude i have a std turbo from my rb20 excellent cond .. no shaft play ..only done less than 86 thousand k's.. 93 model turbo ..never been boosted ..

btw standard rb20 turbos i think are BBearing but has ceramic exhaust wheel ..

You dont need to at all...

U need to use the r33 lines.... The water pick up needs to be bent a little and the oil pick up needs to be bent down a little.... Nothing major... Just a tight fit....

The only thing is you need a silcone adapter to down size from the r33 turbo output to the factory r32 piping... (Only in some cases)

the swap is easy as. a mate and i did it in about 5 hrs.

i put a rb25 neo turbo on a rb20 and it literally "bolted straight in".

i used the r32 lines. bolts went straight in. a couple of the lines needed to be bent slightly (carefully). But yer definitely nothing major.

Anyone got a turbo for a rb20det?

will pay up to 750$ pref in melbourne

ball bearing etc so i can run higher boost :flamed:  :flamed:

mate the skyline turbos are ball bearing. and u can pick one up for about $300 in good condition (no shaft play etc)
