Hi,

Could be now that you've said that... I did get a flat battery the other day for no apparent reason... just about sure lights were off when I parked (it was night time) and when i woke up to go to work, no battery power.. hmmm.. i'll check.. but never thought battery would have anything to do with it.

Hey Guys,

Never assume the worst when it comes to misses or stutters.Always check the basics first.

1.Clean coils and check for cracks.Really check.Take coil cover off and look at night while reving engine.

2.Remove filter box and intercooler 90 deg. bends going through inner guard.Boost leaks will give same problem but usually in lower rev range. So look for cracks in rubber.

3.Anybody using a unichip will eventually find out the crank angle sensor does not like to share it`s signal for to long before it will develope a miss.It can also happen to non chipped cars to.

4.Check all vaccume lines against another car if your car has had a mechanic working on it.Check all wiring to.To the mechanics that are indeed professional I apologise. To all you other pretenders, go have alook at Croydon Motorsport Developement just for one day.
