R33 NA bolt on conversion

Even though I took the easy way out and bought a turbo front cut, its good to see that you have set your mind to turbocharging the existing engine.

My only advice is don't do it on the cheap and plan for things to go wrong. If you don't it could be a project you wish you never undertook.

Yeah ive already bought the turbo, intercooler and exhaust manifold (and heatshield). I have a HKS turbo timer (type 1), safcII & Apexi EL boost gauge on the way.

I dont particularly want to just exchange with rb25det.

wanna see what the rb25de can do first.

even if she is just a fair bit quicker than what she is now (ive been told i should be able to gain about an extra 100rwhp out of her once its all done. - which wont be too bad, cus im running 166 at the moment)

I also have lined up gtst front discs and calipers, injectors, and ecu, and am thinking about just getting stock intake pipe and bov for now.

Probably looking at late may maybe sooner before she goes into the shop

Also look into getting some standard turbo shocks/springs for the front as I'm pretty sure they're different between the turbo and non-turbo variants. If the spring rates currently in your car are not sufficient, you will not get it engineered.

ahaha, mine are more than efficient.

Ive got some aftermarket springs (unsure of what cus nothing on them to identify, but very nice)

umm and kyb adjustable shocks.

she handles like shes on rails as long as the rubber isnt wearing thin
