Speeding Radar

Guys Just wondering if anyone knows if a cop has the radar gun on you and your speeding, doesnt the cop have to pull you over or you can get fined without the officer pulling you over??

and is there anyway of finding out if you got caught!

They can send you a fine in the mail but there is no way of knowing except for the passing of time.

I would say it's most likely that you haven't been caught unless it was a camera you are talking about.

I think it's actually quite hard to get a speeding ticket in Sydney.

nah it was a cop pulled over....and his car was parked like he was ready 2 chase some1

i dont wanna call and say "Hi i was doing 120 in a 90 zone and wanted to know if i got caught"

You would be OK.

If the cop has a mobile (car) unit he must pull you over.

If you were not pulled over, you are ok.

I was doing 90 in a 70 zone last week, the cop with his radar coming the other way flashed his highbeam at me. I waved to say thanks, slowed to the speed limit and he kept going. It could have been a expensive lapse. Not all cops are bad.
