GT-V was RWD only. Bayside blue was available in as an option on most models I think, but it doesn't seem to be a popular colour in Japan, from what I've heard the most popular R34 colours were white and silver.

The 4wd R34 was called the 25GT FOUR (Coupe/Sedan), 25GT-X FOUR (sedan only), or 25GT FOUR L SELECTION (sedan only). And as per the naming it came with the non-turbo 2.5L RB25DE.
