I have recently decided to get my car tuned and was just wanted to get some feedback off you guys in regards to how much boost you run. (preffibly from those guys running similar mods to my own).

Its an r33 gts-t, stock turbo, fmic, eboost cont, hks air filter (with cold air intake), SAFC2, 3' exhaust all the way.

Car is about to reach 100,000km.

I've told the tuner id like the turbo to last for quite abit longer, so hes suggested to tune it at 12psi. Personally ive never boosted the car more than 10psi, but he has assured me 12 to be safe in most cases.

Just wondering how many of you run this on a daily basis, and if you've had any problems?

    • Ducan , yeah sure mate , the unit is https://www.carlinkit.com/ambient TBox Ambient -  plugs straight into the USB C and it runs as a android  unit and you can link your phone to it via Bluetooth , but it only allows for one phone at a time. you can download and apk files you want and load it on there , I downloaded a basic maps apk (OsmAnd+ — Maps & GPS Offline) so I can run navigation without data usage , its not as good at google or wazes but it works fine for what I need. I can put up screen shots if you like. Cheers Pac

    • The gearbox in my R32 GTS4 (now with RB25DET) has just over 300k on it . Life includes some track time. Has had one change of oil in its lifetime. I rev match on down changes. I don't have any problems with synchros or gear crunching.
    • Currently advertised with some A4 flyers up at work for $30k ono Will detail it next week, and get some good picks for carsales, then put the cover back on and put it back on the tender until someone comes to look at it No real hurry to sell, in saying this I would like it gone with in 6 months as I am retiring in May 25 and lose the ability to store the car undercover in a secured site, plus as we are moving out of Sydney the potential buyers market will be more limited https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/485907-2002-vx-ss-commodore-30000-ono/
