Auction Paper translations

Hi I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience reading Japanese Auction papers. I recently finally got a hold of my R32 GTR and I'm quite happy with it.

The only problem was that when I got my cousin (mechanic) to look at the car he mentioned that the CV boot was split and that the ABS module had a slight leak of break fluid. Now, I trust my cousin, But the perth company that helped me import it and the compliance place in Sydney didn't mention either after I asked was there anything else that needed to be fixed.

Can anyone here translate this for me?
