Japanese Auction Paper

Hi, I was wondering if there is anyone out there that can read japanese and translate my GTR's auction paper for me.

I recently picked up my GTR but after getting my cousin (which is a mechanic) to look at it, he said it had a split CV boot and a leak in the ABS module.

Neither the importer or the Compliance people mentioned it even after I asked them was there anything else that needs to be replaced.

I was wondering if there was any mention of it on the auction paper. I'm still happy with the car for the price I paid for it, but just want to know was there a dodgy inspection by the importers or dodgy people at the compliance centre.
