I think the market has fallen quite a bit for R33 GTR's in the last year, any one asking over 40k for one that hasn't been heavily modified or show quality is going to be very lucky if they sell it for that much.

Then as i read on i see 35g/32g's...

Almost makes buying a R32 GTR not worth while, with the R33 GTR's being good vaule for money these days.

mine sold out of the blue, I didnt actively advertise it, just a small ad and my phone number on a few forums, I then got a phone call one morning at work and I had a deposit the next day... but it did take a while for someone to come a long, and I did take a pretty big hit on the price and lost more than a fair bit on the car...

the price you are asking sounds fair, good luck
