Houston we have a problem. I am stuck in my f**king office you bastard!

Appolo 1 you are cleared for launch.

All,

Im off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of eastern creek! Bring on the rain YEAH!. Tough luck to all you suckers stuck in the office! EC here I come

shuddup Paul.

LOL...it was fun in the wet. Im always amazed how much you learn about the characteristics of the car in the wet, and how you learn throttle control and to use smooth steering inputs, which all goes out the window when you run accross muddy rivers running accross the track.

Started off good, then as the rain continued the water started running accross the track on turn 1 (big moment sideways but held onto it and survived), turn 4 (survived, still a little gunshy from turn 1), but then turn 8 was having a play sidewys with a monaro, but coming up to turn 9 aquaplaned straight over some mud/river form a a Porsche crash earlier in the day and went for aride.

It was good fun, a bit like a slippery dip, but instead of splashing into a nice pool of water it was like going head first into the pool bottom:( , or tyres in this case.

Car got back on the track and did another 3 x 20min sessions until the alternator died and had no voltage...lol big thanks to Doughboy and the midnight spares express:thumbsup:

All in all it was a fun day, good to catch up with Paul and Ben (long time no see) and do a lousy 2:20 slipping and sliding with the occasional bump:(
