and i would really like to know Which Importing Company would be the Best for my Needs(IE. Dont Rip off there customers)

And what company would make my Skyline a Much better Car, Performance Boosting that is.

And My Final Question is How would i go about finding a Big Range of R32 GTR BodyKits (I have tryed Every where and i just dont knw)

Srry About all the questions, Thank You in Advance...

:D

Heres some R32 GTR available for sale in Perth atm.

How young are you as Insurance could cost you big time!

Heres a few others if you decide to import...happy hunting :D

not to common 94 32 v spec's.. And why would you wanna put a kit on it. i reccomend a few months of solid research. ie: net phone calls and visiting workshops and dealerships.

test drive the whole skyline fleet. the more knowlegde you got the better decision your gonna make.

Question. Why is it that your after a 94 Vspec??

personally, i think if u want a car to mod... just get a GTR, V specs are far too rare and are more of a collectors thing.... something u have sitting in your shed.

sounds like u a new to the skyline deal as well.... ever drivin a gtst?? GTRs can be a handful in the hands of the unknown....they are awesome when they are being driven by someone who can handle them, but even though they are awd, they arent as predictable through corners as a wrx or evo. they are alot more tail happy and can step out quite a bit.

do a search on here of R32 GTRs and their problems, or expenses. GTRs are expensive to repair and to mod. most parts are nearly triple the price of those for an RB20.

how young are you??

94' R32s are usually around high 20's - mid 30s....let alone a V-spec.

cheers

Linton

The reason i want a `94 R32 GTR V Spec is becoz i cant afford a R34 And i Hate the 40,000 R33 i see every Day i Want 2 enjoy the skyline experiance without having the same as every body else

and yes it is going 2 be hard to get a hold of my perticular model and thats wat i like its a hard to find car not many people will have 1

and i am 18 years old k

:headspin: :headspin: :headspin: :headspin: :headspin: :headspin: :headspin: :headspin:

hey man,

ill be first to jump in and say it, buying such a powerful car while still young and potentially not capable to handle it is really bad. not to mention theyre expensive. have you tried out a gtst?

like the other guy said, go around test driving a heap of skylines before just making your mind up on that one solely.. it could save you a lot of trouble as well as cash.

k.

OMG pls dont and try lecture me its my decision when spending my hard earned cash and yes i knw how expensive it is and i am aware about the risk of not being able to handle the power lol but i would never Buy anything but a GTR

I Have taken many Defence Driving Corses and Have been Drag and Racing events But When i Buy my car i will get to knw it Before i Modifiy it More

...... End Comment lol

1. Try Phil at Direct Imported ... he's a sponsor of this site.

www.directimported.com

I got my car through him, as did my brother and my ex girlfriend. All cars were/are great and I couldnt recommend anyone better.

2. There are heaps in Perth. Do a search. X-speed, Hyperdrive, Supertec, Speedworks, blah blah blah the list goes on.

3. Again, search. Carmate has heaps but don't know about their quality?

Works Auto in Perth sells some too.

Hope that helps somewhat, and good luck.

18 yo??

its illegal in melb to even own a GTR at that age, and for good reason too. sure there's no laws like that in WA?

you won't be dissappointed with a gtst while you save up for a gtr when you're 25...

No there isn't a power/weight in WA, and yes you can OWN a GTR you just can't DRIVE it on the road on your Ps (same with GTS-T, well you can just don't get caught).

there isnt that special about a V Spec.....all its got is different suspension, diff, brembos, 17' bbs rims stock, and the better Atessa comp. For your first car, you are better off just buying a cheap...but clean GTR. If you cant afford the running costs of a GTR then perhaps look into getting a gtst or the gts4

I would highly recommend saving your money on buying a GTR full stop. Your 18 right? Don't go out and be stupid buying a car you can't handle with money you don't have. At your age that 15 odd grand could be much better spent elsewhere. I believe a lot of other people would agree with me on that one. Go out and buy yourself a GTS-T R32 learn to drive that and if you crash it, it wont be too hard on the pocket. If you want something which is very fast in a straight line and something that not many people have, go out and buy yourself a GTi-R Pulsar at the more affordable price than of a GTR.

By the way if you wish to speak to someone in Perth who knows a hell of a lot about importing skylines, go down and speak to Paul from Autoworx in Wangara. They import and can comply R33's, R34's and do 15 year old compliance mainly for R32's. That way you can speak to a helpful guy about skylines and you can check out (maybe test drive) some of the other skyline range down there. And he charges $880 to import cars, much cheaper than the $1100 and $1000 fees companies like prestige motorsport and j-spec do.

Keep running costs in mind. It's one thing to be able to afford to buy a GTR, it's another to be able to afford to service it/repair it when it breaks. Like the others have said, consider the R32 GTS-t.

As for having an 'exclusive' car... most non-skyline enthusiasts will have no idea what the differences between a '94 V-Spec is to an '89 GTR. In fact most of them will be hard pressed to tell you the difference between a GTR and a GTS-t. At the end of the day, you want a car that YOU are happy with, it's not about other people. I mean, I'm one of those '40,000 R33 Skyline' owners and i'm damn proud!

    • Really, anyone modifying a car isn't being financially smart. We're doing it for the things we love. And honestly, a high revving, light, NA car is actually pretty darn fun. I used to have a Swift Sport, and I miss that thing as a daily, and yes, doing something like some intake and exhaust stuff would have made minimal gains, but would have bought an even bigger smile

    • Yeah, playing with naturally aspirated is not smart bang for your buck power wise, but then I've never been known for being smart when it comes to cars and modifications
    • I mean from V8 world there are gains to be made in intakes and such over stock items, but definitely only if you tune them. We're talking about I dunno, 10kw here and there on a 300KW v8, gains made by tuning in the 0.2 AFR that it changes so YES but also no you won't notice it other than the sound. Duct the air as mentioned 750,000 times and you will notice happier IAT's which definitely make a difference N/A. I mean my unsubstantiated guess is you'd go from 140kw with everything stock (after cams) to 145kw with everything and a tune :p
    • I decided to "spend baby spend", and "risk it for the biscuit" 2 Orders were made buying parts that I "don't really need but really really want" totalling $2.5k AUD 1: In stock items (intake plenum and throttle body) 2: The airbox thingie, with no real ETA for them getting more stock, so patience will be required
