Hi all,

Just a quick question...

this may sound bodgy but its only for a test...

Fuel cut on an R32 Gtst, is there a wire from the ECU that i can just cut to stop it?

Or i have to go buy a Fuel cut defender?

Becuase i think it may be the problem with my car ATM.

All help is Appreciated.

yea... funny thing is... the other day when the car suspension colapst there was no damage.. Yet a get a nail in the tyre, and it ripped up my rear bar.. the nail sticking out kept wearing on the bar.... now it really needs a respray...

Sh!t like that really puts you down about "trying" to keep your car in good nick.

spewing about that man,

as far as cutting a wire to remove boost cut, i dont think its that simple unfortunatly i found an ECU Pinout here http://www.rb20det.com/ecupinout.html had a quick look and only thing i could suggest is to modify the signal on the injector wires, but i wouldnt be game

On the Skylines with unmodified ECU, the first obstacle is a programmed mass airflow limit cut. The airflow meter is not at the limit, and if you modify the signal the car will run lean and probably detonate. The only wire you can cut is the speed signal to remove the 180kph limit. Turn the boost down.... and check the computer diagnostics for error codes in case there is something else wrong. If you want to keep the boost, you will need to have the computer replaced or re-programmed.
