clicking noise

Hi

i was driving tonight and noticed a clicking noise from the front of my car as i turned the steering wheel 20-30% either direction, ball joint??

anyone experience this

is it consitent with speed?? goes faster or slower? might be just a nail or rock in ur wheel like i had.

no not with speed only when turning sounds like it from the passnger side

Check your steering boots to see if there split. What car do you drive? If its a GTR then check the front CV's as well. Normally on FWD cars a clicking noise when turning is usually the CV joints gone, if you notice it soon enough you can sometimes get away with just replacing the boot if it starts becoming noisy the whole CV joint has to be replaced.
