Where Is: R32 Inside Air Temp Sensor?

hello all,

as the title suggests, im after the location of the Inside Air Temp Sensor, as i have read through the r32 manual and gone through my Air Con self diags and it sense this sensor is faulty and to replace it.

the lovely picture in the manual is about as black as the car itself, and i cannot for the life of me work out where it is i read something about being behind the glovebox, but id really like a more specific location if anyone knows.

i think i know the tube the fellow is talking about, and it sounds like the sensor is on the end of it? that is up behind the centre console and aircon control unit.

anyhow, any help would be greatly apprecaited!

More details on the car?

In R 32 it’s opposite the lighter.

In R33 it's somewhere behind the steering wheel (wiper control leaver)

when u pop the black rim off ur centre console u will see that that tube is connected to the bottom right of the black rim, follow it through ur dash and i reckon u'll find the sensor
