R32 headlights. Taking apart?

Hey guys,

sorry if this has been covered but I couldn't find anything.

Is it possible to take the head light apart? like crack it open?

I need to re adjust them but When i turn the adjusters they spin so I'm guessing they've run out of thread...

My lights are really bad but they point too far down, about 2 metres in front of the car and are very focused instead of being flooded.... I need to point them up a bit.

yeah sorta but he was seperating one that was already broken. I was wondering if its possible to do it without breaking them.
