Wiring - Help Needed

I have a 1993 GTST RB25DET which I'm rebuilding. The car didn't have an AFM or plug however I have managed to get another one with the plug from e-bay. The AFM checks out with Nissan to be from an RB25DET 8/93 - 1/95 so it should be OK. The problem I have is that the wires are different colours. Doing a search on here it looks like my car is a series 1 (skyline = same colour as the reversing lights)but the AFM may be off a series 2? Can I use this AFM and which wire goes where?
