GTS vs GTR Fuel pump mounting

OK this is bugging me.

Mixed opinions, when you look for intank fuel pump options like on nengun for example you see there is a direct fit replacement for a gtr and a seperate one for a gts. Yet if you go to another site.say just jap for example, they have a 2nd hand gtr pump labled "good upgrade for gts"

Now in my head that says to me...upgraded gtr pumps (say nismo for example) fit gts.....and in this case the nismo gtr pump flows more than the nismo gts pump.....

So basicly, Whats the big difference? If i buy a gtr upgrade pump will it work in my GTS?

Yes it will work.

The gtr and gts have different mounting brackets for the pump. The gts bracket will need minor mods to fit the gtr style pump, and thats it.
