How to launch

I've got a 200sx and wondering whats the best way to launch it. I'm worried about my clutch too when I take off, how do I know if I'm going to damage it

hard launches will always eat your clutch. if you dont want to damage it dont do it too often.

as for launches i rev to 3k and drop the clutch on my liner. it works for me cause i get minimal traction loss, just a chirp, and im on boost already. i find that if i rev more than that i spin the tyres and if i go lower than that i bog. hope that helps.
