What's that white stuff they write your number on your windscreen with at the drags?

It comes off pretty easy doesn't it?

I want to use it for the show and shine maybe.

It's white shoe polish - wipes off with a chamois

just don't get caught in the rain with it on. it will run down your paintwork and take hold... use it on glass=no problem. use it on paint=i wouldn't.

It is an acid based etcher compound that permanently bonds to glass or paintwork.

yeah, I attended the first ever street meet at WSID in my old GTI-R. went through scrutineering then it rained. the numbers rand down the side of the car. a couple of days later when i went to clean it off some of it woudn't budge and left little white flecks on the quarter. it was white shoe polish.

yeah just take it off straight after the meeting, they suck to remove after a few weeks

Another tip, when you are sitting in the queue (1st car in the box behind the burnout area) and it rains, don't use your wipers because it smudges you can't see a thing

the scrutineer dropped a big blob of it on the side of my car last time i went, didnt offer to wipe it either!

but it did come off easy (i wiped it off within a day)

Save the aggro- take a fat Nikko, 2 sheets of A4 & some tape. Stick to inside of rear window...

It usually comes off but not always- had a guy do the screen of one of my bikes yrs ago & f**ked it. Wasn't happy.....

Just get an ANDRA licence and have vinyl stickers made up - easy!

The magic solution to remove it from everything is.........wait for it........ Mr Sheen!

I swear it's the best for removing this crap.

if your using it, do NOT let it sit there for a few weeks in the sun like i did.

I was Interstate a day or two after, and came back... i couldnt get the sh|t off without a LOT of effort. Glass scrapper and everything took me a good 15mins
