RB30E pwr steer pump on RB20DET...

I can't see why this shouldn't work - assuming I want a pump with only one outlet. Does anyone know for sure?

Are you putting a RB20det into a Oz R31?

Well if so i've done just that and it works fine.

Yes the RB20 pump has 2 outlets(I think) and the RB30 1

For the RB30 pump to fit the RB20 block about 10mm of washers/spacer is needed between the block and bracket,the very top one.

Sure does. Like the man says, packer needed on the bracket.

Watch your belt alignment as the HICAS balancer will have a 4-groove pulley and your non-HICAS pump will have a 3-groove pulley.

thanks for the info

i take it this would apply to an import r31 ....as i want to eliminate the hicas system ..if i use local power steering race setup and pump ....will that cover the front end ....as i'm in the process of having lock bars source/ and or fabricated
